Johannes Bernardus [Johannes] van Bree (29/01/1801 - 14/02/1857), a Dutch composer, conductor and director of several institutes. Pupil of Jan Georg Bertelman. He was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and died in Amsterdam.
