Ludovicus Josephus [Louis Joseph] Bailly (c.1745 - flourished 1804), a Walonian composer, singer and organist. He flourished in the second half of the 18th century. He was organist at the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk at Courtrai from 1774 - 1787. Only five compositions survived: 2 masses, 1 requiem mass, Miserere and Amplius lava me.
