Anatoly Yakovlevich Lepin - Russian: Анатолий Яковлевич Лепин/Лиепиньш; Latvian: Anatols Liepiņš- (30/12/1907 - 21/10/1984) was a Soviet composer (born in Moscow). He lived in Riga from 1945 to 1950, and during that period composed the State Anthem of the Latvian SSR.
