Marc de Ranse (20/04/1881 - 13/02/1951), a French composer, born and died in Aiguillon (Lot et Garonne). He was professor at the Schola Cantorum in Paris and assistant of Louis Vierne (1870 - 1937), the famous French organist of the Notre Dame in Paris.
