Carlos Reinaldo Burger (20/04/1946), an Argentine conductor and composer of German origin, Nievenheim, Germany. He studied at the Staatliche Musik Hochschule in Cologne, Germany and at Cons. Nacional de Música Carlos López Buchardo and the Inst. of the Teatro Colón, both of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
