A. Hüttenbrenner
Anselm Hüttenbrenner (13/10/1794 - 05/06/1868), an Austrian composer, born in Graz. He was a pupil of Antonio Salieri. Hüttenbrenner was a friend of Beethoven and close friend of Franz Schubert. One of his requiems has been performed at the funeral of Franz Schubert in 1828. He is the composer of eight opera's, religious works, ca. 220 songs and 165 works for choir and three requiems.
