Wojciech Adalbert [Wojciech] Dankowski -real name: Danek, (c.1760 - aft.1836), a Polish violist and composer (from Gniezno). He wrote many compositions for the church, mainly for mixed choirs, with an accompaniment of an instrumental ensemble and organ. His masses, vespers and motets were written for 5 tot 12 voices, and his orchestra usually consists of 2 violins, viola, 2 clarini or sometimes 2 oboes, 2 horns, 2 flutes (rarely) and timpani.
Wojciech Dankowski (c.1760- after 1836) was a Polish composer of the classical period, who produced music in the galant style.
