Lyle K. Neff (12/05/1959), an American composer, from Ft. Benning (Georgia).
Neff: "I work full time at the Morris Library, University of Delaware, as a Library Generalist in the Reference Deptartment. Previously I was a Library Technician in the Reserve Room. I also serve occasionally as supplemental faculty at the Music Department at the University of Delaware.
