Joseph Myslivecek (09/03/1737 - 04/02/1781), a Bohemian composer, from Prague. Mozart about Myslivecek's sonatas: "They are bound to please, not difficult and very effective."

Josef Mysliviček (1737 - 1781), a composer greatly respected by Mozart, lost his nose as a result of syphilis. The disfigurement blunted his career, for he never regained his social standing. He succumbed at the age of 43.

It is attributed to Myslivecek. The manuscript doesn't date from Myslivecek's lifetime, and I consider the attribution to be doubtful.
