Marco Rosano (15/10/1964), an Italian composer, born in Turin in 1964. He is a composer living in Belgium since 1995. In several projects, he combines the roles of composer, player, arranger and producer. Throughout his career he was involved in film composition, advertising jingles, children’s lullabies and popmusic. He is an Italian internationally renowned composer and past recipient of the Cannes Gold Lion Award for Music in Advertising (2000). Mr. Rosano is a National Treasure in Italy, and is most known for his Stabat Mater featuring Andreas Scholl. Mr. Rosano works out of a state of the art recording studio in Italy. He is open to modifying the tracks featured in his profile, or creating new compositions to suit your production needs.
He is a Keyboardist, composer, arranger and producer, Marco Rosano stands out for his versatility and for the breadth of his musical views that lead him incessantly between classical and modern music. Animated by the desire to write and create music without adjectives, by the need to unite different worlds under the cloak of emotion, by the mission of living in the present the richness of the past and the ambition of the future, Marco Rosano has invested himself in studying since the dawn of new technologies and acquires in-depth skills in acoustics, sound recording, mixing, mastering, artistic production and arrangement. The absolute creative freedom that he has always enjoyed favors his insertion of him in distant contexts, travels and experiences, a synthesis of different worlds but never distant from each other. Marco Rosano has composed, arranged and produced classical and modern music for theater, cinema, television and for numerous records belonging to various musical genres.

Messa da Requiem, for two countertenors, choir and strings. A work in progress by Marco Rosano in collaboration with Andreas Scholl. The choice of the Latin language for this Messa da Requiem helps to go deep in the balance between creation and modus in a work whose primary function is liturgical, as part of an ancient religious ritual.
