Requiem in C minor

Musical form:mass
Text/libretto:Latin mass
Duration:ca.29'

This requiem is for four voices, mixed choir, orchestra and organ. Karl von Dittersdorf was a classical composer who shared many stylistic elements with Mozart, which is immediately apparent when listening to the requiems of both composers. The similiarities are striking. So, no surprises in Dittersdorfs requiem - just good, solid music.
