Domenico Desiro (1791? - 04/1886), an Italian composer. From 1820 and for more than sixty years, he had worked as a choirmaster at the Teatro Communale, the most important in Trieste. He had succeeded his father in this work, and was at once organist in several churches, and professor in various institutions. He died in Trieste at the age of 95.
