Victor Charles Paul [Victor] Dourlen (03/11/1780 - 08/01/1864), a French composer and teacher, born in Duinkerken, he died in Parijs. He studied at the conservatory of Paris with Boïeldieu and F.J. Gossec. In 1805 he won the Prix de Rome with the cantate Cupidon pleurant Psyché.
